Don't mix share price with market cap. It doesn't work like that sorry (in this case I wish it did).
MIN has a market cap of about $3B. PLS is $0.67B. Therefore - $490m ebit is giving them a value of $3B.
PLS having a value of $3B is a share price of ~$1.90
So an EBIT of $275m is likely to be ~$1.10
Don't mix share price with market cap. It doesn't work like that...
