I believe Kirkland Lake will be listed on the ASX somewhere around Dec 1. Comes in handy to raise capital and do ASX share swaps. I agree with previous posters suggesting DEG as a KL target. We are probably safe until the wits 2.0 is proved out further, but all bets are off once Novo bulk sampling is done.
Many Novo holders would suggest KL will buy Novo but it would be too big by then, in my opinion. I'd see Novo take out Artemis. KL taking out De Grey with a new conventional mine on the way. Eric Sprott already owns 20 % of KL. Easier or him to just move him ownership between Novo and KL to whatever he likes.
Only real defense is a real strong share price. Drill, Drill, Drill, news, news news.
