Good explanation of the weird process from so long ago.
And makes me wonder why folk talk of 'climate change' as if it was something new to this planet? Dramatic changes have been taking place for eons with & without help from mankind it seems. If we had breathed CO2 and been living around the same era as these cyanobacteria, no doubt the media & butreaucrats would have been trumpeting about the need to stop them oxygenating the atmosphere? Sei la vie! ;-)
