Mate you seem real close to this. Nothing is going to happen till the end of the month. You can make a decision then.
I've looked at the SP historical and yes there has been a steady decline. However, the past can be erased if they have some solid results.
Consolidation i think you can speculate when, or how. It'll happen when the management decide is a good time for shareholders one would hope.
I would argue there are times to borrow and to accumulate. However, they've accumulated and need to therefore provide a good return for the capital raising.
