pvb...I disagree! This quote from the article suggests otherwise:

"Mr Walsh did not rule out talks with iron ore juniors over rail access but said Rio would not agree to anything that would delay its own product getting to market."

Im sure an equitable deal could be struck to allow others to use the line, so long as RIO's interests arent inconvenienced.

But, IMHO, I think the courts will rule in favour of allowing access to third parties.
The Govt, who helped fund the construction, will certainly not want to see huge IO deposits, and potential huge royalties, staying in the ground just because the big boys had a cry because they didnt want to share their toys!

Lets just let Twiggy fight it out for us :)
