agree mytime.. how quick 'we' forget. considering the trials and tribulations twiggy went thru and the promises of doing it for the little guy.. yeah right. amazing how quick that attitude changed,not too mention wanting to plug the very loop hole they exploited. all about the dollars is right. disappointing. as is the fact that the area, ok i know its big, but is not catered for re rail access etc considering its 'importance' to the export economy, so what is it? smash the little guys along with the big guys with a massive tax, or not, depending who is holding the baton at any given time, but dont give them equal or any opportunity to transport their goods within a reasonable framework of cost, access etc.
