With $3.3 billion in cash and pumping more out every day, PLS needs to once again take a good asset from amateurs and then turn it into a cash cow.
It allows PLS to enter the North American market overnight with a partially built converter, the WA land owned by Morella and Sayona is just begging for PLS to come forward with the big boy pants on.
This could be a perfect fit for PLS. They have more than enough cash, the SYA share price is ripe for the picking and the SYA BOD have lost the confidence of the shareholders.
PLS could then flick PLL and magic, you have a global powerhouse.
