I've been trying to dig up a reference for the past hour without any luck ..... however my understanding was that there were a 'few' interested parties for possible DSO, which would solve any shortfall in cash. I am confident this will be the next major announcement other than receipt of the USD100 million and final go ahead from the board to go ahead with the project ....... as if that's not going to happen ..... lol.
