Good question, I wonder what methodology (or combination) a independent expert would in their report to the board should a their target statement be require?
What is the in situ value of 156mt?
If you use NPVs, PE ratios or EBIT multiples it would have to be based on a 4 or 6mt operation otherwise you are only really placing a value on 20mt if you assume 10 year mine life at 2mtpa
I know people keep talking about MIN, but why would it be in there best interest to dilute out their own capital base when they already have a 101mt at Wogina?
In any case the board would have no intention of given it away cheaply this close to mining, would have to be north of $2 in my opinion.
