The MOUs are just agreements to talk, nothing more. They are not contracts for sale of spodumene concentrate. They may lead to such documents but they are not a contract. The market has not been informed of whether the MOUs have lead to anything further at this stage. There are plenty of people that consider MOUs not worth the paper they are written on.
The next door neighbours have no MOUs, but also don't want any. That does not mean they haven't been talking to potential offtake partners and/or investors/financiers to pay for the infrastructure.
Apart from having MOUs with 6? parties, we have not heard of any further developments, other than they want our products. To me that is a bit disappointing after having them for 6 months plus but nothing further to report, not even who the Europeans and Americans are.
