All views a reasonable person could draw, Shamer. And with every passing day the puppeteering is becoming more obvious and less defensible. Yesterday was a bare-faced charade, with HH no doubt privately embarrassed at having been made unwittingly complicit.
While we all have suitable contempt for Australian regulators and their blind eyes, I do wonder what powers (if any) they might (if goaded sufficiently) be able to invoke over foreign entities, in the name of a level playing field?
