of course the obvious reason for mmx to start to expand operations is that they can do it without incurring debt [unlike many others] and they must take advantage of the high ore price that will last for a few years yet.

I can't see any real arguement against it.

It was a cheap buy for potentially huge return. I expect they will have ore coming out of there within 18 months. Look how fast they got Jack Hills producing once mining was approved. They did it once and they can do it again.
