Some of the Do gooders at work re this subject.
So they get Govt. or Govt. Department to test pills so drug users can think they are safe and then if it goes wrong they can sue someone because the illegal drugs they should not have taken caused them injury!
If you take this to the extreme why not get Govt. to supply illegal drugs & cut out drug suppliers and dealers?
Then you could get the ambulance chasers ( solicitors ) on board to look after any legal action required.
