Oh god Duterte is a dictatorial psychopath who has also made lots of people go missing and encouraged people to kill drug addicts (yes addicts, not just dealers). Its like saying go kill any alcoholics or smokers you know, because you know, if they can't give up that addictive drug that's bad for them we should just kill them. What a dumb argument.
Let's look at the other countries that are tough on drugs like, say Australia and the US. How's the 'war on drugs' going after 50 or so years..... Yeh, not so good. Maybe try thinking outside the sad increase punishment system that does nothing but ingrain and harden people that have addiction or other issues.
