I'm not saying this isn't a risk, but the same risk surely applies equally to most or all other pharmaceutical companies and drugs. Unless I'm missing something, I don't think there's anything that makes Race and Bisantrene particularly vulnerable in comparison to everyone else in this regard.
I think the important thing is that they can't bootleg it legally, and Race have assured us that they can't because the Bisantrene intellectual property is well protected.
