    Bisantrene has two known mechanisms of action, FTO inhibition and anthracycline.

    Bisantrene is a poor anthracycline.

    FTO inhibition may have clinical benefit even when it isn't overexpressed. That will be investigated.

    Any other mechanisms of action are wild speculation.
    AFAIK Dr T hasn't said anything today or anytime to encourage this speculation.
    IIRC no research articles have suggested anything else.

    If he wishes @Mason14 is welcome to say something.
