Assumptions
Patient weight 65 kg
Body surface area 1.76 sq m
Body is 60% water

The 200 μg/mL rhein dose used in the Italian article is equivalent to a rhein dose of 4432 mg / sq m

Rhein IC50 for FTO is 30 μM (Chen et al , 2012)
So Bisantrene is 30,000/142 = 210 times more potent (Su et al, 2020)
So the equivalent dose of bisantrene is 4432 / 210 = 21 mg / sq m
Which is 21/250 = about 1/12 of the dose used in cancer chemotherapy

However, this isn't cancer chemotherapy, so the bisantrene dose of the same potency as the 200 μg/mL dose of rhein may be simply expressed as 200/210 = 0.95 μg/mL

Conclusion
I'm looking forward to RAC's bisantrene anti-coronavirus preclinical to reproduce the Italian rhein anti-coronavirus results with 1/12 of a Zantrene chemo dose, which is 0.95 μg/mL
