Agree that minimal name change is better, though 'Oncology' clearly needs to go. Even the words Therapeutics or Pharma may end up being too narrow.
Maybe Race Ltd, or simply RAC Ltd. ?
(Digital Wines recently became DW8 Ltd, as it was no longer only about wine - like BHP outgrowing Broken Hill).
