Not at all, if it was all hype our share price would be $15+, we would probably have absolutely zero historical data to go on and no pre-clinical data to back the SP, every news station would be blasting about how "we've finally found the cure" through this novel treatment, and every Tom, Dick and Harry would be trying to claim that they got into RAC when it was sub $3 dollars.
Your constant unsubstantiated downramping has gone from somewhat entertaining to just plain sad. I'm curious to know what your vested interest in this is... but we will never know.
