We then add onto this a risk-adjusted estimate for what FTO is worth.
I need to spend more time deep-diving into assumptions to use and number crunching. That will take time - particularly for FTO (as each day progresses, we learn more and more about it).
Say a scenario where you have 2 potential buyers entering into a bidding war. If one of them neglects to include the potential of Bisantrene for Ovarian Cancer or undercooks their estimates of the potential for FTO then a bidder could easily underbid in their offer what Bisantrene is actually worth.
The feasibility / preclinical studies that RACE are doing for opportunities like Ovarian Cancer, MRD and FTO are all about RACE putting together the data that will help them to understand internally what Bisantrene is potentially worth. That way when a potential buyer comes along RACE will be able to counter an offer during negotiations with facts on the potential.
