Good find. While they have targeted FTO inhibition property of CS-1 for AML which is exciting, they also mention that they are planning to develop CS-1 analogs. Not that this is going to spoil our sleep in the ST.
Given we plan to run our own AML trials in the near term, I wonder how papers such as this will aid in our trial recruitment.
Anyway, will be interesting to hear DT or other knowledgeable posters views on this.
