Understand what you are saying, but if the penalties were so draconian that it significantly impaired the attractiveness of RACE to big pharma in terms of future partnerships/buyout, then Dr T would not have sunk a further half a million big ones taking up his full option entitlement in May.
Reading between the lines, I don't believe the COH deal was perfect for RACE, but nor was it a deal breaker. So, I think we need to use some common sense and logic in in interim rather than jumping at shadows.
