But any prospective development collaborator would sit on their hands until mid-September. It's not like the RC220 patent clock is running down.

The $ noted in the COH agreement are immaterial IMO. But by executing it, RAC has effectively conceded that Su et al is material to our development program (despite their patent being rejected several years ago - and despite the fact Chen sites on our SAB - conflict of interest much?).

It's no wonder this deal was executed almost immediately post T's resignation. It's a bum deal for shareholders.
