It is not easy providing a well researched devil’s advocate position on RAC. You have to be able to tear down all 3 pillars which is very difficult given all the scientific and clinical data, even the usual biotech funding issue has been resolved by the current MC. The major remaining risk is the usual "black swan” events that apply to all companies.
The bottom line is RAC has plenty of risk factors, but not any that are easily made into an coherent argument specific to RAC.
