I agree with this point II. If the assumptions are that out patents are solid then Bisantrene (CS1) is all ours and COH can stamp their feet. Dr T plus other literature has informed us that COH are working on analogues of CS1. They probably bumped into our Bisantrene patents. Finally we all know that once a molecule is changed you have to start from the beginning. I remember Dr T saying words to the effect that we have a 50m head start in a 100m race. I'd back myself against Usain with that start! Onward.
