I don't think it works that way, Satishbh.
Once you inhibit FTO, then it creates the positive or negative effect to the process. It doesn't matter if it is low dose or high, more so if there is a continued inhibition of the protein ie continued inhibition over days, weeks, years etc.
They've determined that Bisantrene at low doses will inhibit FTO ie determining the IC50 value.
Well, that the way I think it works anyway.
