As Professor Jianjun Chen joins RAC my understanding is he needs to buy in a year’s salary of shares any chance you can get that current seller and Professor Jianjun Chen to buy his remaining shares.
Even if it has to be on market easily done seller put a price down and professor snaps them up.
Your the only one that can make this happen as you know who is selling that’s if they have enough shares to sell anymore.
