whilst the same skill of negotiating applies at all price points, when you reach certain levels, the ability to control ones emotions becomes the difference. I’d argue that having reasonable experience at dealing with multi billion dollar pharmaceutical deals can be the difference in extracting maximum value. Having never done one before, is a potential weakness. I’d like to assume at that point, a third party would be engaged
