I remember very well , hearing that Dr Cullity has overseen drug transaction deals of very high value - eg $30 billion . In today’s dollars the deals would be greater still.
John Cullity was senior , in charge of drug acquisitions at Sanofi in the past.
This is his work speciality and has been his job for at least the past 15 years !
I also think Dr Cullity is the least prone to developing a high sweat and excess emotions that might be of detriment , rather than concentrating on the facts and very best true deal .
His interviews make me smile
Dr Cullity is even a Haematologist Oncologist specialist by training !!
In addition- I would trust and I believe that RAC would employ whoever and whatever additional consultant assistance , if it were in the best interests of the company and all shareholders.
I honestly do not understand why you keep going on about the chairman and this slant . Good if you get it off your chest I guess .
