Another paper on FTO, only had a quick skim through it but found the discussion section noteworthy as far as their findings and methods. They discuss R-2HG and FB23-2 inhibitors but not CS1.
It’s becoming more apparent that cardio-protection is the quicker, more direct path to commercialization however our partnership with COH should hopefully help RAC unlock the mystery of FTO inhibition. One aspect of this article reinforced how important the bio marker and companion diagnostic studies will be in making bisantrene an effective treatment.
