Why don't you devote over 200 hours to researching the topics of interest and then come up with a risk analysis of your own? I post all the references I cite from. Take them as a good starting point.
If you do, I think you will land on a conclusion similar to my own and you'll understand why II is quoting Dr. T. You'll also probably realise that Wombats valuations are extremely conservative and then you'll also understand why Dr. T isn't selling a single share.
