It's ok, I just got this confused with dose escalation for FTO.. might have misunderstood previous discussions but I thought the there has been talk of a dedicated dose escalation trial for FTO (which is what I thought didn't make sense, because it won't be decided on toxicity as the dosage is much lower for FTO, than the known toxic level for Zantrene (as a single agent)).
The dose escalation here is the first part of the Pillar 3 AML trial, the combo drugs are chemo drugs.. so it does make sense to have the toxicity testing. I'll stick to sitting in the sun lounge to relax, knowing all is under control and anything I don't 'get', I'll assume to me having missed something haha
