I have done a far bit of research in this area and will consider sharing when we have the update this quarter.. be aware my field is finance not science so it won't be as detailed as yours.
Anyway the point to raise is we've been told pre-clinical studies have shown Bisantrene to have synergy with an already approved drug for AML. Only reason we don't know which one is due to "legal squabble".
I personally think Bisantrene has proven to be a great salvage treatment drug by itself, and it's only a matter of time before its shown to be something even greater in combination. And I think I have an idea why...
