They go out of their way to label the comfort layer has PureCool but are more circumspect on the Cooling cover. I suspect perhaps that's the Alexicool and would fit in with the whole mattress finisher topper fabric provider announcements.If the cover was PureCool as well, why wouldnt you say that?

If you look at the advertising for Tempur Breeze you see some very careful wording. The comfort layer is the blue one, the cover is the white one at the top.
