So much speculation, here is a reply from JW a couple days ago, hopefully this will calm some of the posters: PATIENCE

As per Lepidico’s March quarterly report issued at the end of April and the subsequent prospectus in early May, the Pilot Plant has transitioned from the design and implementation phase to the operations phase. The plant is complete aside from minor modifications that are taking place during commissioning, which is advancing well as visitors saw when they attended the site visit at the end of May. We remain on track for concentrate feed into the plant this month, consistent with previous statements. It is best that the necessary time is taken to ensure all the instrumentation and electrics in the plant is calibrated and programmed correctly rather than rushing to satisfy short term market appetite for news. Everyone who has visited the plant has provided extremely complementary feedback and as revealed in the photos that we’ve published, it’s a high quality facility.
