This is correct, in that they are monitoring so many sensors and such the gather as much data as possible.
During the Plant walk through, every vat was set on scales there were so many points of data collection/monitoring. They advised that every VAT at every step of the process was set on scales in the Pilot plant, and it wouldnt be the case in Phase1 plant. This was to gain a better a understand of the whole process. They mentioned that they probably have gone overboard with the amount of sensors and scales as such but they are being very thorough in order the gain the most knowledge possible from the mini plant.
