Pilot - TEG / NOPTA soon?, page-2

My thinking is NOPTA & the Minister don't have a problem with the project logistics but perhaps are having difficulty with this requirement of Pilot.
"Pilot demonstrating sufficient financial security to satisfy NOPTA & Triangle that it can assume liability for abandonment of Cliff Head."
As at 31 March Pilot COH $ $1.94m
I don't think this is very satisfying for the Minister.
From what I have been reading Pilot are in serious discussion mode with would be partners, but I think Ms King would be saying that is your problem come back to us when you have confirmed & signed on financial backing and or an improved balance sheet, I think this is where it is all sitting just now.
Looks like over to you Pilot and also need to add Pilot are very well connected from within management and outside of and I do believe they will sort this issue out. just the waiting is bugging.
