    PGY just went into a Trading Halt (and not for a CR!)
    "The Company requests a trading halt immediately, pending an announcement with regards to an offer received by the Company to acquire its 376MW solar farm development project (Three Springs Project) being developed in Three Springs,Western Australia."

    Good news for Pilot which is good new for TEG and our payments from PGY due between Oct-Dec.
