    Hi folks,

    I read....

    Pima magnesium project 65,000tpa of magnesium metal.
    Cost >$700 million (10x current market capitalisation).

    Financing by

    1. 65% senior debt

    2. 10% mezzanine subordinated debt

    3. 25% equity.


    Would someone please explain the financing categories to me in plain english please.
    And is borrowing 10 x the market cap normal?
