Keith you echo my sentiments for the most part.

The company is going places, however their PR is way below average and their setbacks and delays are often not accompanied with a response to the market or shareholders. This of course is not isolated to this one company, however it is a serious flaw, and perhaps an over sight by those in positions that should know better.
'Professionalism' comes in many guises....shareholder relations and the ability to follow through on time lines are but two.

I email the company. If more shareholders did this at the very least it gets them out of their comfort zone to respond.....and they just might get the message on some small level.
