I have also read the documents from the administrator as I am a creditor by owning notes (I had to ask for the documents).
The choice appears pretty clear to me.
Under the Lind/ASOF deal shareholders will get NOTHING. Under the Pinder deal shareholders will get something. Little, but something.
To be clear, shareholders (and I am one) are entitled to NOTHING and we don't even get to vote. If you do want some more stake, then you'll have to put in some MORE money to Pinder, as it appears oceanboy, myronc, humpy and myself have done.
