Hi Flash Harry, I asked her this very question.

This is how I understand it.

Firstly she is the lawyer acting for the syndicate in assisting with the proposal doccumentation. She is not a financial adviser and is not promoting it per se. She will help with questions if people want to join the syndicate but you will have to approach her. Its not her proposal - its the syndicates proposal. Its kind of crazy that its ended up with her name on it as the Pinder / Lloyds proposal.

Secondly she is not a member of HC (she says) and for what I imagine to be personal and professional reasons may not be a big fan of blogs (just guesing).

She's a nice lady, very helpful, straightforward and personable. Give her a ring.
