I am totally in favour of A2M destroying aged inventory, rather than go into a last minute massive price war to discount aged stock.
I have noticed A2M doing a bit of discounting now, but nothing drastic.
A2M perception is quality (whether you believe or not this is market perception).
Number one way to destroy perception of quality is to go into a massive price war and decimate the selling price.
A2M is acting in the interests of long term shareholders with regards to this specific action.
I fully support them.
