There are a lot of complaints about management as it relates to funding, but it would be decidedly poor management to take a bad funding deal out of deference to shareholders. Sure they could probably get funding right now but at what cost? Likely a longer contract at a higher interest rate. Not a good deal.

This isn't a strict BNPL company, they have need for other staff to do stuff.

Why does a BNPL company need IDSB MORE than they need 21 million dollars for funding BNPL? That makes no sense.
