It lacked a proper analysis and it lacked proper regulation.

The government is partly responsible.

Rudd f***Ed up pinkbatts, the ber, the NBN, military purchases, the border, health clinics, grocery watch, fuel watch and more.

A loyaly orator but terrible manager. Whilst Gillard wasn't great, most of her problems stemmed from Rudd.

The PRINCIPAL EMPLOYER was the government.

The contract was between the government and the contractor.

I paid no money to the contractor, and there was no contract between me and him. As such, the government was totally responsible for deaths, fires, etc, etc.
