IMHO things do not deteriorate so quickly that you recommend a 60c offer from trading 75-90c with 2 bidders supposedly keen unless management has been shall we say economical with the truth. Are we saying the retail scene has fallen in that bigger hole the past few months or has the company been heading for the rocks for a couple of years.
That capital raising earlier has to have question marks around it. Is ASIC even paying any attention to this?
I think it justifies a major investigation and I struggle to see how if they honestly did do that there wouldnt be people charged??
I have no inside info - it just all smells very bad. Companies collapse, thats life, but this is like a never ending soap opera.
