    What have you heard of MASS-SPECC recently. Dead quiet in relation to all the promises with PIL. May was to be the month of big expansion in numbers.
    What can you report?
    The numbers of sellers bailing out of PIL at 0.002-3c is increasing so you ask yourself - is this just small holder panic get out, or is there a thread of information here yet to surface?
