NAME ENERGY XXI ONSHORE, LLC
Location Saint Martin Parish, LA; Approximately 6.7 miles northeast of Centerville, Sections 34& 35 T14S-R11E. Cleanout P.O.B. at Lat 29º 48' 03"N / Long -91º 19' 17"W and P.O.E.at Lat 29º 48' 23"N / Long -91º 20' 03"W. Proposed Energy XXI Onshore, LLC PintailProspect No. 1 Well at Lat 29º 48' 21"N / Long -91º 20' 03"W (NAD 83) / X=1,999,798',Y=414,210' (NAD 27).

DESCRIPTION Proposed bucket dredging of an approximately 4,550' x 70' area in an existing waterwayfor access and a 135' x 375' parallel slip with a 90' x 90' wing adjacent to the cleanoutarea for the purpose of drilling the Pintail Prospect No. 1 Well. A 10' x 20' well protectorwill be installed upon successful completion of the well. Approximately 50,741 cubicyards of native material will be excavated and hauled off site to a state approved facility.Approximately 7.81 acres of non vegetated water bottoms and 1.1 acres of vegetatedwetlands may be impacted as a result of this proposed project
