Too right there is !
Any one who disagrees is not living in the real, current, world!
Would you rather find out the hard (deadly) way that your neighbour is a threat to peace in Australia?
The ethnic minority ( being those of the minority within their own ethnic society), are un-bloody-doubtedly a real and present danger to our society !
I cannot understand the pacifists lack of comprehension relating to the realities of the world at large.
People, we live in a time when we have to protect the way we live AT ANY COST !
Torture is justified as a measure to protect society.
I make no apology for expressing my opinion.
Do you want to wake up one day to the destruction of civilisation as we know it.
That will surely happen if we don't have every measure at our disposal to protect our society, including ---torture!
Whilst I would not necessarily, or blindly agree with what anyone says, including Cheney, I firmly believe that our forefathers would turn in their graves if we did not take every measure at our disposal to protect ourselves from the evil doers.
