There are still plenty of punters sitting on the fence, the trouble is with a trading halt the fence sitters will be locked out of the spectacular early gains if the price opens 10 times what it is currently sitting at. Imagine the difference buying say SIR at 5c compared to $2.00 Imagine PIO launching for 2 cents to fifty on a halt being lifted. Geez even to to have a grand sitting in for the ride would pay well, if not then that is the gamble, imagine the gain compared to the loss.
